What this news spot does not reveal is that raw -fed animals are not susceptible to bacteria poisoning unless their health is compromised by something else. Dogs simply are not victims of salmonella poisoning unless their immune system is severely compromised by illness. (Commercial pet food perhaps?) The other aspect of the truth not documented in this news spot is the large amount of money provided to Minnesota's College of Veterinary Medicine by Hill's Pet Foods.
